５０年働いてくれたアルミドア、勝手口ドアはもうくたびれてしまってました
新しい同じドアのアルミサッシ屋からの見積もりは２０万円以上！
「そんな予算はない！」
「何とかしてくれないか？」と相談を受けました。
勝手口のドアに大きな費用はかけられないと私も思います。
３０年ほど前、何回かこんな仕事がありましたので
木製ドア本体の外枠のアルミ部材が入手出来たら少ない費用で出来るかもよ？と始まり
今ではもうあまり使われなくなったドアの外枠部材を探し当て
製作し無事作業は終わりました。
今回の依頼内容はとにかく低コスト！
ガラスはドアに入れたいが防犯を考えて出来るだけ小さく！
既存のドア枠は何もしない ドアだけ交換して欲しい！ の3点
高くなるアルミサッシに頼らず少ない費用でオーダーでドアが収まれば・・・
アルミサッシの２５％金額で取り付けが無事終わり友人が喜んでくれました！

名古屋市：低成本更换出租公寓办公室后门
我们用了50年的铝合金门已经老旧不堪。
铝合金门框厂家给出的报价是，一扇新的同款门竟然要20多万日元！
"我们可没那么多预算！"
"你能不能想个办法？"有人问我。
我也觉得一扇后门不应该这么贵。
大约30年前，我做过几次类似的活儿，
所以我想，"如果能找到木门外框的铝合金部件，或许能省点钱。"
我找到了一扇废弃门的外框部件，
自己动手加工，最终顺利完成了更换。
这次，客户的要求非常低！
我想要在门上装玻璃，但出于安全考虑，玻璃要尽可能小！
我不想对现有的门框做任何改动；换扇门就行了！
要是能以低成本安装定制门，而不用昂贵的铝合金门框就好了......
安装非常成功，价格不到铝合金门框的一半，我的朋友非常满意！
我也很高兴。

Nagoya City: Low-Cost Replacement of Back Door of Rental Apartment Office
The aluminum door that had served us well for 50 years was already showing its age.
The estimate from the aluminum sash manufacturer for a new, identical door was over ¥200,000!
"We don't have that kind of budget!"
"Can you do something about it?" I was asked.
I also felt that a back door couldn't be that expensive.
About 30 years ago, I had done a similar job several times,
so I thought, "If I could get hold of the aluminum parts for the outer frame of the wooden door itself, I might be able to do it for less."
I tracked down the outer frame parts for a door that is no longer in use,
and fabricated them, and the job was completed successfully.
This time, the request was extremely low-cost!
I wanted glass in the door, but as small as possible for security reasons!
I wanted nothing done to the existing door frame; just replace the door!
If only a custom-made door could be installed at a low cost without relying on expensive aluminum sashes...
The installation was completed successfully for less than half the price of aluminum sashes, and my friend was very pleased!
It makes me happy too.
