静岡県伊豆半島海沿いの飲食店
改装現場で玄関ドアを収めさせていただきました。
契約した旧い店舗物件の玄関が暗いから明るくしたい、
洋風にしたい、予算は抑えたいと１年近くお話を進めてきました。
写真向かって左と真ん中が親子ドア、右は動かしません
真ん中のドアがメインで使うようになっています。
長くメールでオーナー様の希望を伺ってきて
現地へ打合せに伺う道すがら太平洋が目に飛び込んできます
海の香りが車内にふんだんに満ち溢れます。
現場の立地条件は幸いにも軒先が多くあります
コストを抑えたい希望は叶えられます。
しかしながら玄関部分のドア枠に歪みが出ています。。。
今回はこの点をクリアすることが一番重要でした。
左右で２０ﾐﾘほどの高さの違いです
オーダーメイドドアの腕の見せ所かもしれません。
取付作業もあらかじめ作りこんで搬入したのでスムーズに終わりました。
DIYが好きと仰っていただけたので塗装なしで製作取付させていただきました。
開口は幅２６００ﾐﾘ高さ１９６０ﾐﾘになります
ドアはシナベニヤ仕上げ
塗りつぶし塗装の吸い込みが良くムラが出にくい素材
額縁も比較的安価で吸い込みが良い無垢材にしてあります。
今回はドアの材料が上がる寸前で弊社も助かりましたが
今後材料費で２０％は増額になると思えて仕方がありません。

ドア本体 ￥ 68,000×３ 40ﾐﾘフラッシュドア構造 素地仕上げ
装飾額縁 ￥ 18,000×３ 裏表無垢削り出し 素地仕上げ

制作にあたり今回留意したのは長い硝子とその下の額縁とのバランスです。
限られた予算の中で来店されるであろうお客様へアピールできる玄関
として上手くまとめられました。
店内に日差しがたくさん入り明るい店内にきっとなると思います。

静冈县伊豆：餐厅入口门----低成本打造明亮氛围

请看照片。这次，我们为位于静冈县伊豆半岛海岸的一家餐厅安装了入口门。
这家餐厅的外国业主签下了一份旧店面的合同，但他们希望提升店面的明亮度，营造西式风格，同时控制预算。我们为此讨论了近一年。
照片中左侧和中间的门是双开门，右侧的门则保留了下来。
中间的门是正门。
我们通过多次邮件与业主沟通，了解他们的想法。在前往现场的路上，太平洋映入眼帘。
海风的气息弥漫在车内。
幸运的是，餐厅的场地周围都是屋檐。
我们最终满足了他们节约成本的要求。
然而，入口处的门框存在变形。
这是此次最需要解决的问题。
左右两扇门的高度差约为20毫米。
这或许正是我们定制门工艺真正发挥作用的地方。由于门是预组装并运送的，安装工作进行得很顺利。
客户表示喜欢自己动手，因此我们没有进行油漆处理，而是直接进行生产和安装。
门洞宽2600毫米，高1960毫米。
门板采用杨木胶合板，这种材料吸漆性好，不易出现表面不平整的情况。
门框也采用实木，这种材料价格相对低廉，吸漆性也很好。
这次门材价格即将上涨，这让我们省了不少钱，
但我们不禁担心，未来材料成本可能会上涨20%。

门框：138,000日元
门体：68,000日元 x 3，40mm 平开门结构，未完成
装饰框：18,000日元 x 3，双面实木雕刻，未完成
五金件：12,000日元，含把手、闭门器等
本项目着重于长玻璃与下方门框之间的平衡。
在有限的预算内，我们成功打造了一个能够吸引潜在顾客的入口。
我们相信店铺将会明亮通透，阳光充足。

zu, Shizuoka Prefecture: Restaurant Entrance Doors - Low-Cost Production for a Brighter Atmosphere

Please take a look at the photos. This time, we installed entrance doors for a restaurant on the coast of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture.
The foreign owner had signed a contract for an old storefront, but they wanted to brighten it up, create a Western-style look, and keep the budget low. We had been discussing this for nearly a year.
The left and middle doors in the photo are double doors, while the right one remains.
The middle door is the main door.
We had been listening to the owner's wishes over many emails, and on our way to the site for the meeting, the Pacific Ocean caught our eye.
The scent of the ocean filled the car interior.
The site's location was fortunately surrounded by eaves.
We were able to meet their request for cost savings.
However, there was a distortion in the door frame at the entrance.
This was the most important issue to address this time.
The height difference between the left and right doors was about 20 mm.
This may be where our custom-made door skills really shine. The installation work went smoothly as the doors were pre-assembled and delivered.
Since the customer said they enjoy DIY, we manufactured and installed them without painting.
The opening is 2600mm wide and 1960mm high.
The door is finished with poplar plywood, a material that absorbs paint well and is less likely to produce uneven finishes.
The frame is also made of solid wood, which is relatively inexpensive and absorbs paint well.
This time, the price of the door materials was on the verge of rising, which saved us,
but we can't help but think that material costs will increase by 20% in the future.

In this project, we focused on the balance between the long glass and the frame below.
Within a limited budget, we were able to successfully create an entrance that will appeal to potential customers.
We're sure the store will be bright and filled with sunlight.
