神奈川へ親子ドアを発送させていただいた数日後
完成写真を送っていただけました。
今回のご依頼は現場が神奈川県
本来であれば弊社が現場調査をし施工までを行いますが
それを行うとコストが上がってしまうため
やり取りは電話とLINEですべて行いました、
余計な経費を掛けないで店舗玄関ドアの製作いたしました。
今回、ドアを設置させてただく既存ドアがアルミサッシです
アルミサッシドアと木製ドアは厚みが全く違います。
木製の店舗玄関ドアなら最低４０ミリ欲しい
写真のアルミサッシドアはおそらくは３０ミリ・・・
①：この１０ミリの違いはかなり大きい
そして写真をよく見ると親子ドアには丁番が無い
ドアの開閉機能は床に埋め込まれた古いフロアヒンジ丁番の可能性が大きい。。。
②：フロアヒンジも３０年４０年と使用されきちんと可動しないだろうと予測できます
さらには親子ドアのフロアヒンジの交換費用は￥６０，０００～￥７０，０００が2か所で
交換作業を関東方面で行ってくれる職人さんもあまりいないと考えられます。
③現地はレンガ床。子ドアの下にはフランス落としの小さな穴がありそれは動かせない
①と②と③を解消するべく理由を添えてお客様へ提案しました
「末永くお店の顔となる店舗玄関ドアのコストを下げるにはドア枠も考えたい」と
お伝えし提案内容を了承した回答を得ました。
ドアの製作とドアの厚み40ミリに対応するドア枠セットで製作いたしました。
ドアのデザインイメージは伺っていたので
ガラス面積はドア枠左右に大きなガラスがあり
町行くお客さん目線で店内の様子は店外から伺え
ドアガラスの面積は気持ち小さめで
ドアとしてのバランスを優先して仕上げさせて頂きました。
取っ手、カギ、丁番、ドアクローザーはすべてブラックで統一し
すっきりした収まりになっていると感じます。
新年度に向けて新たにお店を始められる方がこの時期多いです

铝合金推拉门和木门的厚度完全不同。
木质店铺入口门的最小厚度为40毫米。
照片中的铝合金推拉门厚度可能只有30毫米......
①：这10毫米的差别相当大。
仔细观察照片，你会发现这扇双开门没有铰链。
这扇门的开合功能很可能是因为地板下嵌着的旧地铰链。
②：这些地铰链已经用了三四十年了，所以我们估计它们可能已经无法正常工作了。
此外，更换这两扇双开门的地铰链，两处的费用分别为 6 万日元至 7 万日元。
在关东地区，愿意做这项工作的工匠可能不多。
③ 场地地面为砖砌。副门下方有一个法式小孔，导致门无法移动。
我们向客户解释了解决问题 ①、② 和 ③ 的原因。
"为了降低店铺入口门的成本（毕竟这将是店铺未来多年的门面），我们也考虑了门框的设计。"
客户接受了我们的方案。
我们生产了适用于 40 毫米厚门的门和门框。
我们事先了解了门的设计图，
因此，我们将门框两侧的玻璃面积设计得较大，以便路人可以从外面看到店内。
我们略微缩小了玻璃面积，
以保持门的整体平衡。
门把手、锁具、合页和闭门器均为黑色，
使门看起来干净利落。
每年的这个时候，许多人都会开设新店，为新的财年做准备。

This request was made in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Normally, we would have conducted a site survey and even completed the construction,
but doing so would have increased costs.
We conducted all communication via phone and LINE.
We manufactured the store entrance door without incurring any unnecessary expenses.
The existing door we were installing this time was an aluminum sash.
Aluminum sash doors and wooden doors are completely different in thickness.
A wooden store entrance door requires a minimum of 40mm.
The aluminum sash door in the photo is likely 30mm...
①: This 10mm difference is quite significant.
And if you look closely at the photo, you'll see that the double door does not have hinges.
The door's opening and closing function is likely due to old floor hinges embedded in the floor.
②: The floor hinges have been used for 30 or 40 years, so we predict they probably don't work properly.
Furthermore, the cost of replacing the floor hinges on these double door doors is ¥60,000 to ¥70,000 in two locations.
It's likely that there aren't many craftsmen willing to perform this work in the Kanto region.
③ The site has a brick floor. There is a small French-style hole under the sub-door, making it impossible to move.
We proposed to the customer, explaining the reasons for resolving issues ①, ②, and ③.
"To reduce the cost of the store's entrance door, which will be the face of the store for many years to come, we also wanted to consider the door frame,"
and received a response that accepted our proposal.
We manufactured the door and a door frame set compatible with a 40mm door thickness.
We had been informed of the door design image,
so we designed the glass area to be large on both sides of the door frame, allowing passersby to see inside the store from outside.
We kept the glass area slightly smaller,
prioritizing the balance of the door as a whole.
The handle, lock, hinges, and door closer are all black,
which gives it a clean, tidy look.
Many people are starting new stores this time of year, preparing for the new fiscal year.
