The door cost about ¥500,000 (average price ¥25,000 per door).
The advantages of traditional construction include:
The ability to manufacture and install doors at direct-from-the-factory prices
and the ability to use the existing door frame.
Pre-fabricated door and door frame sets inevitably require the dismantling and restoration of walls,
which can add up to construction costs due to:
① Demolition costs
② Waste disposal costs
③ Carpentry and electrical work
④ On-site custom-made pre-fabricated door customization costs
The door alone can easily exceed double the ¥500,000 cost,
which can be used to improve plumbing and other areas.
The customer requested a "pure white door."
We created a door with a pure white poly plywood finish.
The existing door frame was also painted white.
All floors are overlaid with floor tiles,
and the wallpaper is primarily white, creating a bright and clean feel.
You can see from the photos how the entire house is brighter. If we can reduce construction costs,
you'll be able to allocate more of your budget to the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and lighting fixtures,
which should allow you to upgrade to the next level.
These days, vintage apartments are selling for quite high prices.
Convenient locations, such as those near train stations, are also popular.
I prefer vintage apartments to new, expensive properties.
The spacious rooms and hallways are very appealing!
It has an advantage that new apartments don't have.
I've attached photos below.
You can change the door color to your liking, so it might be fun to look at the photos and floor plan to get an idea of what you'll get.
The doorknob is made by the highly reliable Miwa Lock.
The sliding door handle is also made of durable stainless steel.
The sliding door has a rail.
We've focused on durability and affordability.
Unfortunately, we decided to keep the hinges low-cost because the price would have increased by over 30,000 yen if we had used the existing hinge marks.
Thank you for viewing.
