先日作業中に公式ＬＩＮＥへ写真が送られてきました
拝見すると賃貸マンション玄関鉄ドア
「大至急金具を交換して欲しい」とのこと。
弊社には鉄用のドアクローザーの在庫はないので
施主様にその旨を説明し金具を取り寄せました。
２枚目写真：今回新しいドアクローザーは
既存ドアクローザーより下に設置する必要があり
その下準備写真です
左右の下準備プレートへそれぞれ２個のビスで固定します。
３枚目写真：ネジ穴加工の際にこのドアが丈夫に作られていることが判ってきます。
ステンレスキリが折れてしまいました
ステンレスのキリが鉄に負けてしまうなんてそうそう経験しません
４枚目：下準備完了時です
無数のビス跡から過去のドアクローザー交換履歴が想像できます
油漏れの痕跡もあります。
本来であれば塗装のされていない場所へ金具を取り付けたいのですが
今回はそれが出来ません・・・
５枚目：ドア枠に新しいネジ穴を綺麗にする下準備です
３枚目写真で折れてしまったキリの残りで少し強引にでも
下準備を施し新しいネジが鉄にしっかり食い込ませる作業です。
新しいネジが古い鉄でもしっかり食い込んで緩んでこないようにするには
省くことが出来ない作業になります。
コンクリート造りのマンションでは
この枠の中にはコンクリートがびっしり詰まっていて
新しい場所に穴をあけるのは不可能で
既存のビス穴を再利用します。
キリでネジ山を綺麗にしておきます
６枚目写真：ドアクローザーアームが取りきました。
ここでしっかりとビスの固定が出来ればドアクローザー本体の
強固な取付けが出来ます。
今回の作業
築５０年くらいのマンションでした
日本の右肩上がりの好景気時代では今からは考えられないくらい
贅沢な作りでドアが作られていたことが身をもって知ることが出来ます。
また、マンションビルの4階でしたので風に煽られてきたことも
ドアクローザーの痛みに影響があったと思います。
相談から見積提出を行い
出来るだけ早い対応が出来たことにお客様にとても喜んでいただけました。
強風でドアがバタンっと閉まると指をはさむ危険があるのでなるべく交換したいですね。

名古屋市公寓入户门闭门器更换

我将担任您的闭门器更换技师。
前几天施工期间，有人通过官方LINE账号发送了一张照片。
如果您方便的话，
"我想请您更换出租公寓铁质入户门的地脚闭门器。"
由于我公司没有现货的铁质闭门器，
我向房东解释了原因，并订购了金属配件。
第二张照片：这款新的闭门器
必须安装在现有闭门器的下方。
下图显示了安装前的准备工作。
它通过左右两侧的两个螺丝固定在下方的安装板上。
第三张照片：可以看到，在钻螺丝孔时，这扇门的结构非常牢固。
不锈钢螺丝断裂了。
如果不锈钢螺丝的铁芯脱落，就不会出现这种情况。
第四张照片：下图为安装完成。
门框上众多的螺丝痕迹表明之前更换过闭门器。
还有漏油的痕迹。通常情况下，我会在未涂漆的区域安装金属配件，
但这次不行......
第五部分：清洁并准备门框上的新螺丝孔。
第三张照片显示了剩余的断螺丝，我用力拧下了它。
这一准备工作确保新螺丝能够牢固地固定在金属上。
这是确保新螺丝即使在旧金属上也能牢固固定而不松动的关键步骤。
在混凝土框架的公寓里，
这个框架里装满了混凝土。
在这个位置钻新孔是不可能的。
我们将重复使用现有的螺丝孔。
用扳手清理螺纹。
第六部分：闭门器臂已固定。
如果我们能固定这里的螺丝，
我们就能固定闭门器主体。
这个项目
是一栋大约50年前建造的公寓楼。
亲眼所见，这扇门的做工极其奢华，在如今日本经济蓬勃发展的年代，这种奢华程度简直难以想象。此外，由于它位于公寓楼的四楼，我认为强风也是导致关门器不便的原因之一。
咨询后，我们提供了报价。客户对我们能够如此迅速地做出回应感到非常满意。
如果强风吹来，门被猛地关上，可能会夹伤手指，因此如果可以的话，我希望更换这扇门。

Apartment Entrance Door Closer Replacement - Nagoya City

This is an article about a door closer replacement.
The other day, I received a photo on my official LINE account while I was working.
I looked at it and saw that it was a steel door at the entrance of a rental apartment.
"We urgently need to replace the hardware."
We don't have any steel door closers in stock,
so we explained this to the client and ordered the hardware.
Second photo: This new door closer
needs to be installed lower than the existing door closer.
This is a photo of the preparation.
It is secured with two screws on each of the left and right preparation plates.
Third photo: When drilling the screw holes, you can see how sturdy this door is.
The stainless steel drill bit broke.
It's rare for a stainless steel drill bit to give way to steel.
Fourth photo: The preparation is complete.
The numerous screw marks suggest a history of previous door closer replacements.
There are also signs of oil leakage.
Ideally, we'd like to install the hardware in an unpainted area, but that's not possible this time...
5th photo: Preparing the new screw holes in the door frame.
In the 3rd photo, we used the remains of the broken drill bit to forcefully prepare the door frame and ensure the new screws would bite firmly into the steel.
This is an essential step to ensure the new screws bite firmly into the old steel and won't come loose.
In a concrete apartment building, the frame is packed with concrete, making it impossible to drill new holes, so we reuse the existing screw holes.
We cleaned the threads with the drill bit.
6th photo: The door closer arm has been removed.
Once the screws are firmly secured, the door closer itself will be securely attached.
This project
was in an apartment building about 50 years old.
During Japan's booming economic boom, we were able to see firsthand the luxurious construction of doors that would be unimaginable today.
Also, since the door was on the fourth floor of an apartment building, the strong winds likely contributed to the damage to the door closer.
From consultation to submission of an estimate, the customer was very pleased that we were able to respond as quickly as possible.
If the door slams shut in a strong wind, there is a risk of fingers getting caught, so it would be best to replace it as soon as possible.
