賃貸マンションのリビングドア交換記事になります
現場でビフォーアフターの撮影にはならないので
弊社工場での撮影といたしました
今回もNO.１人気の白の木目調
お値打ちキャンペーンドア TYPE2-限定数モデル０１
ガラス部分にはすりガラスのようなアクリル板（オプション）
ドアノブは低コストで丈夫なミワロックのゼルタ９０２型。
先日もドアの交換をさせていただいたマンションオーナー様から
前回とは違う部屋を改装しているとのことでのリピート依頼を頂きました。
2枚目の写真は既存のドアを弊社に持ち込んで頂けたドアの写真です。
現地まで採寸へ来なくてもいいようにオーナー様が運んできていただけました
また、ガラス入りドアの処分費用は￥２，０００から承っています
今回のドアは１０枚ガラスが入っているので処分費用は￥４，０００になるので予め
ガラスを外していただいています。ガラスなし処分費は￥１，０００です。
弊社では残念ながら先日お値打ちキャンペーンドアを値上げさせていただきましたが
ホームページ開設以来から
出来るだけドアの代金とそれ以外の費用が少なくなるように努力してきました。
ドアの寸法は弊社が寸法表をお渡ししてご自身で採寸いただくか
弊社が現地へ伺い採寸させていただく２つの方法で寸法を頂きます。
恐縮ですが距離に応じた出張費を頂いております。
リピーター様はマンション経営で費用を抑えたく考えてみえるので
弊社に既存ドアを持ち込んで同じ寸法のドアを製作し後日ドアの取付けとなります。
繰り返しになり申し訳ないお話なのですが
ドアを製作して取り付けるには基本的に２度現場へ足を運ぶことになり
出張費が２回掛かってしまうのでお客様ももったいないと考えると思います。
今回のように現物ドアではなくても寸法を頂けるとトータル金額が抑えられるので
ご協力のほど宜しくお願い致します。

현지까지 잼에 오지 않아도 좋다고 오너님이 옮겨 주셨습니다
또한 유리 입문의 처분 비용은 2,000 엔에서 받고 있습니다
이번 문은 10장 유리가 들어 있기 때문에 처분 비용은 4,000엔이므로 미리
유리를 제거하고 있습니다. 유리 없음 처분비는 ￥1,000입니다.
우리는 불행히도 요 전날 가격 캠페인 문을 인상했습니다.

가능한 한 문 대금과 그 이외의 비용이 적어지도록 노력해 왔습니다.
도어의 치수는 당사가 치수표를 전달하여 스스로 잼 수 있습니까?
폐사가 현지에 방문해 치수재기하는 2개의 방법으로 치수를 받습니다.
죄송하지만 거리에 따른 출장비를 받고 있습니다.
리피터는 아파트 경영에서 비용을 줄이고 싶다고 생각하기 때문에
폐사에 기존 도어를 반입해 같은 치수의 도어를 제작해 후일 도어의 설치가 됩니다.
반복해서 죄송합니다.
문을 제작하고 설치하려면 기본적으로 두 번 현장으로 발을 운반합니다.
출장비가 2회 걸려 버리므로 손님도 아깝다고 생각한다고 생각합니다.
이번과 같이 현물 도어가 아니어도 치수를 받을 수 있으면 총 금액이 억제되므로
협조의 정도 잘 부탁드립니다.

Rental apartment living room door production and door replacement in Nagoya City

An apartment owner who we recently replaced a door with requested us to do the job again, as they were renovating a different room.
The second photo shows the existing door that the owner brought to our company.
The owner brought it in so they didn't have to come to us for measurements.
Also, disposal fees for glass-filled doors start at ¥2,000.
This door has 10 panes of glass, so the disposal fee would be ¥4,000, so we had the glass removed in advance. The disposal fee for glass-free doors is ¥1,000.
Unfortunately, we recently raised the prices on our value-priced doors.
However, since launching our website,
we have been working hard to keep the cost of the door and other costs as low as possible.
We collect door measurements in two ways: we provide you with a measurement chart and you measure yourself, or we visit your site to take measurements.
We charge a travel fee based on the distance.
Repeat customers, who tend to manage apartment complexes and are looking to keep costs down,
have them bring their existing doors to us, where we manufacture doors of the same dimensions and install them at a later date.
We apologize for repeating ourselves, but
fabricating and installing a door essentially requires two visits to the site, which incurs two travel expenses, and we think customers find this a waste.
Even if you don't need the actual door, as in this case, if you can provide us with measurements, the total price can be kept low.
