賃貸マンションでキッチン扉が閉まらなくなったと公式LINEアカウントに連絡を頂きました。
（現地の都合で全体写真はお見せ出来ません）
現地の状況は流し台の右端にシンクがあり
不具合を起こした扉がその下にありました。
シンク下右端の扉がお辞儀をしています
扉の裏側を見ると納得しました・・・
上の丁番は過去に不具合を起こし手が入っていて斜めに取り付けられています
大工さんか誰かが作業のついでにしたのかもしれません
下の丁番はどうか？真っすぐ取り付いています
一旦扉を外して上の丁番を真っすぐにしたいので扉を外してみます
どこかのテレビ番組ではありませんが なんということでしょう～ 状態です
上下の丁番には過去何度も取り外して復旧させた痕跡があります
よく見ると扉は木製とはいいがたい素材のために
ねじ穴周辺は脆く割れています。
扉を一枚だけ作り直せばな何も言うことはありませんが
既存扉はちょっと変わったグリーン色
この扉を他の扉に揃えて一枚だけ新しくすることはもう出来ないため
全部の扉を作り直すか なんとしても既存扉を再利利用するかの選択・・・
大家さんにしてみれば前者は避けたいですよねきっと。
結果ネジが効く場所に丁番を取り付けたのちに
キャビネット側の固定金具にも手を入れることにします
元々扉がお辞儀してしまっていたので
ローラーキャッチ（固定金具）がずれてしまい凸と凹が嚙み合わくなっているので
一旦凹を外して一調整してみます
写真で見ると古いねじ穴が金具下に顔を出しています
凹金具をずらして無事に凸と凹が噛み合うことが出来て
きちんと閉まるようにはなりました。
大家さんと入居者様に説明しました、今回の不具合は
① 扉の重量が重い
② 使用頻度がとびぬけて高かったのではないか？
③ ねじ穴から判断できるように過去の修繕履歴から
扉自体の寿命が来ているかもしれない
ここに掲載させていただいた写真と扉開閉時のビフォーアフターの動画も付けて
現場から大家さんへ送らせていただきました。
扉を全部新しくしようと考えると弊社には有難い話ですが
築30年過ぎた物件にはまだマンション建設時の支払いが残っていると考えるのが普通です
今回は何とか事なきを得ましたがきっと近いうちに
扉を変えざるを得ないタイミングが来るのかもしれません。
今回修理の一連の流れを掲載させていただきました、
世の中に同じ状況の物件が無数に存在すると考えられるので
大きな費用をなるべくかけないで何とか普通に使用できる可能性を見つけていただけたなら
職人として役に立てる気がします。

주방의 문 수리 문이 닫히지 않는 가스가이시
임대 아파트에서 주방 문이 닫히지 않게 되었다고 공식 LINE 계정에 연락을 받았습니다.
(현지의 사정으로 전체 사진은 보여드릴 수 없습니다)
현지 상황은 싱크대의 오른쪽 끝에 싱크대가 있습니다.
문제를 일으킨 문이 그 아래에있었습니다.
싱크대 오른쪽 가장자리의 문이 인사합니다.
문 뒷면을 보면 납득했습니다 ...
위의 정원은 과거에 고장을 일으켜 손이 들어가 비스듬히 장착되어 있습니다
목수님이나 누군가가 작업을 마치고 있었을지도 모릅니다.
大家씨와 입주자님께 설명했습니다. 이번 문제는
① 문의 무게가 무겁다.
② 사용 빈도가 흩어져 높았던 것이 아닌가?
③ 나사 구멍으로부터 판단할 수 있도록 과거의 수선 이력으로부터
문 자체의 수명이 오고 있을지도 모른다

문을 전부 새롭게 하려고 생각하면 우리에게는 고맙습니다.
30년이 지난 건물에는 아직 아파트 건설 시 지불이 남아 있다고 생각하는 것이 보통입니다.
이번에는 어떻게 든 문제가 없었지만 곧
문을 바꿀 수밖에 없는 타이밍이 올지도 모릅니다.
이번 수리의 일련의 흐름을 게재했습니다,
세상에 같은 상황의 물건이 무수히 존재한다고 생각되기 때문에
가능한 한 많은 비용을 들이지 않고 정상적으로 사용할 수있는 가능성을 발견했다면

Kitchen Door Repair - Door Won't Close - Kasugai City
We received a message on our official LINE account about a kitchen door that wouldn't close in a rental apartment.
(Due to on-site circumstances, we are unable to show a full photo.)
The sink was located on the far right side of the sink, and the faulty door was located below it.
The door on the far right under the sink was bowed.
When we looked at the back of the door, we understood...
The upper hinge had previously malfunctioned and was tampered with, so it was installed at an angle.
This may have been done by a carpenter or someone else while working on the door.
We explained this to the landlord and tenant, and the problem was:
1. The door was heavy.
2. Perhaps it had been used extremely frequently.
3. Based on the screw holes and previous repair history,
The door itself may have reached the end of its lifespan.
We sent the photos posted here and a before-and-after video of the door opening and closing to the landlord from the site.
It would be a blessing for our company if you were thinking of replacing all the doors, but it's normal to think that for a property over 30 years old, there are still payments due from the time the apartment was built. While we managed to get away with it this time, there may come a time in the near future when we'll have no choice but to replace the doors.
This time, we've posted the entire repair process.
We believe there are countless properties out there in the world in the same situation, so we feel that as craftsmen, we can be of service if we can find a way to keep the property in normal use without incurring too much expense.
